The document has been prepared by the ECOEXPERT for the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) to implement activities of the EU Action Document “EU4Moldova: Local Communities”, under Output 2 “Improved public infrastructure and public utilities performance in the selected local communities” and Output 3, Vocational Education (VET) only, Interventions at the level of VET institutions and their linkage to national private sector and policy frameworks” (hereinafter referred to as LOCOMO project).

The selected local communities are from the Edinet, Straseni and Leova districts.
